Patient reviews

  • Brittany has helped me tremendously with feeling more in control, more able to take care of myself, giving me good information to decrease good and bad labels on food to help decrease perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking. This helps me make "good enough" choices to nourish my body. I am so appreciative of Brittany as well as a company like nourish existing and using my insurance. I've been searching for a long time for something affordable to help me. Thank you so much!

About Brittney

Brittney supports the individuality of each person and firmly believes nobody fits into a “one size fits all” box. She is passionate about educating and helping others achieve their goals and lead healthier lifestyles. When not working, Brittney loves spending time at the lake, checking out new restaurants with friends, coaching at the gym, and playing piano.

Approach to care

Brittney uses a team approach - she will listen to clients, clarify their needs, then work with you (like a team) to find solutions to problems rather than simply telling people what to do. She is very supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental with her clients.

Your first session with Brittney

Your first session with Brittney is a "get to know ya" session - Brittney will ask questions to get to know you better, then will tell you about herself and her approach with Nutrition. In this session, you can dive deeper into what you're hoping to get out of Nutrition sessions, indicate what your long-term goals are, and figure out if Brittney will be a good match for you. She strongly believes in clients advocating for what they need out of a health practitioner, so this is a great time to do so!
