About Brittney
I'm a registered dietitian who's passionate about helping people achieve their health goals through nutrition that actually fits their real life. With four years of experience and a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University, I specialize in sports nutrition, weight management, diabetes care, and overall wellness.
Approach to care
Here's what I believe: you are unique, and your nutrition plan should be too. I don't believe in cookie-cutter diets or one-size-fits-all approaches because, frankly, they don't work for most people long-term. Instead, I take time to really get to know youâyour lifestyle, your food preferences, what you've tried before, and what your biggest challenges are. My approach is all about creating sustainable changes that you can actually stick with. We'll work together to build a plan that makes sense for your schedule, your family, your budget, and your goals. I'm not here to tell you what you can't eat or give you a rigid meal plan that you'll abandon in two weeks. Instead, I'll help you develop a healthy relationship with food and give you practical tools that work in the real world. My goal is to help you feel confident and empowered in your food choices.
Your first session with Brittney
In our first session, I'll spend time learning about your story. We'll talk through your health goals, your current eating habits, and what you've tried in the pastâboth what's worked and what hasn't. I want to understand your lifestyle, your preferences, and any challenges you're facing so we can create a plan that's truly tailored to you. This isn't about judgment or quick fixes. It's about understanding where you are now and where you want to be, then mapping out realistic steps to get there. By the end of our first meeting, you'll have a clear sense of how we can work together to create lasting, positive changes that fit your real life.
