Hi! I'm Brittney Stokley, a registered dietitian from Kentucky with a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition guidance. Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, manage a health condition, or enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My love for food started at a young age, but my interest in nutrition deepened after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 18 years old. Navigating the lifestyle changes—especially when it came to food—felt overwhelming, and I know many others experience the same challenges. That experience shaped my approach as a dietitian: to provide compassionate, practical guidance that makes nutrition feel manageable and sustainable. Let’s work together to create a balanced, realistic approach to nutrition that fits your life and helps you reach your goals!
