About Brooke
My passion for nutrition began in high school during my time as a cross-country runner. I quickly learned that in order to feel and perform at my best, I needed to understand how to properly fuel my body. Over time, food and movement have become two of the most important and fulfilling aspects of my life. They not only help me feel grounded and energized, but also serve as powerful tools for connection, both with others and with myself. Whether it’s sharing a meal with a friend, spending time at the gym, or adventuring in the mountains, these moments give me the space to unplug from everyday stress and simply be present. I’m passionate about helping others find that same sense of balance, confidence, and vitality through personalized, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle choices
Approach to care
My goal is to use a collaborative approach to care where you and I will help discover nutrition strategies that work best for you. I believe in balance across all aspects of life, especially nutrition. I am here to support you through your nutrition journey!
Your first session with Brooke
In your first session I will take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, your nutrition goals, and what you hope to gain from your sessions with me.
