About Brooke
Brooke is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received her Bachelor's degrees in Comparative Sociology from University of Puget Sound, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University and her Masters degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Population Health from Colorado State University. After struggling through her own wellness journey, and her experience working with a registered dietitian, she knew she wanted to help others through their journeys. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and writing.
Approach to care
Treating the development of an eating disorder is a complex process that requires the dedication of a team of professionals. Dietitians are one of the experts who play a vital role in helping establish a solid foundation for long-term recovery. Everyone has specific needs and requires comprehensive treatment for an eating disorder which may address the medical, psychological, behavioral, and social concerns that contributed to and exacerbated struggles with disordered eating. As a dietitian, I contribute to positive outcomes in each of these areas by providing individualized care and meeting my patients where they are in their journey so I can walk alongside them.
