About Brooke
Brooke is a Registered Dietitian who takes a functional, root-cause approach to nutrition care, helping clients improve their health through sustainable, individualized strategies. Her experience spans hospital-based clinical nutrition, transplant and oncology care, outpatient counseling, sports nutrition, and private practice. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Brooke now lives in Denver, Colorado. She is a former competitive figure skater and lifelong athlete.
Approach to care
Brooke practices from a functional, root-cause framework grounded in evidence-based nutrition. She looks beyond symptoms to understand underlying drivers of health concerns, while staying firmly within a compassionate, non-judgmental model of care. Her approach emphasizes metabolic health, hormone balance, digestive function, and sustainable behavior change. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with a focus on realistic strategies that support both physical health and quality of life.
Your first session with Brooke
Your first session with Brooke is centered on understanding you as a whole person. She takes time to review your health history, nutrition background, lifestyle, and goals, while exploring your relationship with food and any challenges you’ve experienced. Together, you’ll identify priorities and begin connecting patterns that may be influencing how you feel. Brooke works collaboratively to outline initial, realistic next steps and discuss how ongoing nutrition counseling can support your long-term health. You’ll leave the session with clarity on direction, expectations, and a plan for follow-up care.
