About Brooke

Hi there! I'm Brooke, a Registered Dietitian based in Colorado. I first became interested in nutrition when searching for answers to questions about my own gut health. What I learned has had a profound impact on my life! This exploration developed into a passionate mission to help others experience the life changing benefits of good nutrition. I am enthusiastic about lifestyle approaches to health, treating the "whole person" and plant-based diets. In my career, I have helped people with a variety of concerns including kidney disease, diabetes and prediabetes, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, emotional eating, eating on a budget and much more.

Approach to care

I approach nutrition counseling with an empowerment framework. I believe it is important to meet each individual where they are at without judgement. We will work together to help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to achieve your health and nutrition goals. I focus on helping you create sustainable lifestyle changes that feel good and give you confidence in your choices. Let's ditch the "perfection" mindset and work together to make nutrition habits that will last a lifetime!

Your first session with Brooke

Welcome to the judgement-free zone! Talking about diet and lifestyle can be intimidating. It is my goal to provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings regarding food choices. In your first session, let's get to know each other! We'll discuss what to expect working together, review your health and diet history, address any questions you may have and set short- and long-term goals.
