About Brooke

Brooke (RDN,LDN) has over 6 years of experience in the field of dietetics, nutrition, counseling, and education. Brooke works with both adults and pediatrics and focuses on chronic disease and weight management. She started her career as an archaeologist, trudging through swamps and forests in search of historical artifacts. Her passion for nutrition was inspired by her desire to excel at long distance running, a goal that required her to educate herself how to fuel her body for improved performance. Brooke's fitness goals set her on the journey to becoming a registered dietitian with the desire to help others discover how to nourish their bodies for health.

Approach to care

Brooke believes that small changes result in large lifelong healthy habits in her clients. She provides an empathetic, evidence-based, client-centered approach to care.

Your first session with Brooke

In the initial session, Brooke will review a nutrition questionnaire that covers everything from your medical history to your food intake. She utilizes this information along with your input to tailor a nutrition plan of action specific to your needs. Brooke will work with you to set small, specific goals that allow you to track your progress and begin the path towards lifelong behavior change. She will provide tools, education, and a compassionate ear as the sessions progress to promote success.
