About Brooke

Hi, I’m Brooke, a registered dietitian with over five years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in feeling more confident and informed in their nutrition choices. I have extensive experience in pediatric care—working with everything from disordered eating and general nutrition to complex genetic conditions, rare diseases, and tube-feeding needs. I also work closely with adults who are navigating chronic conditions, wanting clearer guidance amidst all the nutrition noise, or looking to build a more peaceful relationship with food. Outside of my work, I live in Chicago, where I love trying new foods, spending time outside, and hanging with my two cats, Paddy and Guinness—who occasionally make surprise cameos on my video calls. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting your nutrition journey.

Approach to care

My approach is warm, evidence-based, and all about meeting you exactly where you are. I want to understand your goals, your challenges, and what matters most to you so we can build practical, realistic steps together. Nutrition is a lifelong, ever-evolving journey, and I feel really lucky to support my patients as they grow and thrive along the way.

Your first session with Brooke

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your goals, your health history, and what life looks like day-to-day so I can understand the full picture. There’s no judgment—just a chance to share what’s going well and what feels challenging. I’ll ask some questions to help me understand the full picture. Together, we’ll start to outline a few realistic, doable steps that fit your life (not the other way around). And if Paddy or Guinness pop in to say hello during a video call, that’s just a bonus!
