About Brooke
Hi, Iām Brooke! Iām a Registered Dietitian who helps people improve their relationship with food without guilt, restriction, or rigid rules. I specialize in disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and supporting clients who feel stuck in the cycle of āstarting overā with food.
Approach to care
My approach is weight-inclusive, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. I work collaboratively with my clients to build sustainable habits, tune into hunger and fullness cues, and find nourishment that supports both physical and mental health. I believe nutrition should support your life, not take it over.
Your first session with Brooke
Your first session is all about getting to know you, not putting you on a meal plan or judging your food choices. Weāll talk about your relationship with food, your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges youāre currently facing. This is a collaborative, supportive conversation where you can share as much or as little as youāre comfortable with. Thereās no pressure to track food, weigh yourself, or change everything at once. Together, weāll begin identifying priorities and gentle next steps that feel realistic and supportive. Youāll leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together and what support might look like moving forward.
