About Brooke
Nourishing the whole person has guided my path since I earned my BS in Exercise and Nutrition. Over the past three years I’ve worked across private practice, community health, and medical weight loss, bringing practical, research-informed guidance to everyday life. As an RDN and LDN I focus on real food, sustainable habits, and compassionate care. When I’m not working with patients you’ll find me gardening, hiking, or experimenting with a new baking recipe, always curious about what supports long-term wellbeing.
Approach to care
Evidence and empathy drive how I work together with patients. I combine current research with a warm, nonjudgmental approach so we can create realistic, sustainable changes instead of short-term fixes. My practice is weight-neutral and behavior-focused, honoring the whole person, including mental and emotional wellbeing. We’ll translate science into clear, actionable steps, build skills, and track what actually fits your life so progress feels manageable and lasting.
Your first session with Brooke
We’ll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you’ve brought, so I understand the full picture. Expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation where you don’t need to have all the answers. Together we’ll clarify short-term, achievable goals and outline practical next steps you can try before our next visit. My aim is to leave you feeling supported, informed, and confident about the path forward.
