About Brooke
Nutrition and movement have been a through line in my life, and that perspective informs how I work with patients. I bring six years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and hold a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University. My background includes clinical hospital care, outpatient clinics, and some private practice, which helps me translate medical needs into everyday habits. When I'm not supporting patients you'll often find me at the gym, running, reading, or outside with my three children.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the plans we'll build together, while your goals and realities determine how those plans fit into daily life. I combine science-based strategies with warm, empathetic support, and Iβm direct when clear action is needed. We focus on sustainable, behavior-focused change rather than quick fixes or diet culture. I also prioritize education, so you'll understand the why behind recommendations and gain tools to make lasting choices.
Your first session with Brooke
We'll start by reviewing your medical history and talking through your current lifestyle and habits so we have the full picture. From there we'll establish short-term, realistic goals and pick one or two practical steps to begin. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation; you don't need to have everything figured out. We'll leave with clear next steps you feel comfortable with, and we'll adjust the plan together as you progress.
