About Brooke
I’m a registered dietitian who believes nutrition should support your health and your life—without guilt, judgment, or perfection. I specialize in plant-forward nutrition, including vegan and vegetarian eating, heart health, diabetes care, weight management, and overall wellness. I love helping people who are new to making changes with food. I don’t label foods as “good” or “bad,” and I believe sustainable health leaves room for enjoyment—yes, even chocolate and dessert in moderation.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and realistic. We’ll focus on changes that feel doable and sustainable for you, not strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans. While nutrition is key, I also look at the bigger picture—sleep, stress, movement, and daily routines—because real health doesn’t exist in isolation. Whether you’re curious about eating more plant-based or just want support improving your habits, you set the pace and goals.
Your first session with Brooke
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, relationship with food, lifestyle, and what’s motivating you to seek support right now. You can expect: A judgment-free, supportive conversation Plenty of time for your questions A focus on what matters most to you One or two realistic next steps—not an overwhelming checklist You’ll leave with clarity, encouragement, and a plan that feels doable. Whether your goal is improving labs, managing a condition, eating more plant-based, or simply feeling more confident around food, we’ll set a foundation that feels sustainable.
