About Brooklyne
Hi there! I'm a foodie by nature and dietitian by trade. I believe that food should be fuel, but it should also be fun - it's all about finding the balance. I have a Master's degree in nutrition science, over three years of experience as a dietitian primarily in weight loss & diabetes, and five years teaching as a group fitness instructor. I also work as a research dietitian, so I'm always up-to-date on the latest nutrition topics!
Approach to care
I take a no-diet, non-scale approach - when we build your healthy habits, your healthy weight will follow. Our foundation will be focused on nutrition, but good health is holistic. Expect to chat about sleeping habits, mental health, and exercise.

Let's get to know each other! Our conversation will be relaxed & easy going (with no judgement ever). We'll talk about where you are in your health journey and what your goals are. We'll discuss challenges and talk through solutions. You'll leave the session with 1-3 attainable goals to start working on that will kickstart your healthy lifestyle.
