About Bryana

I’m a Registered Dietitian who supports individuals seeking a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. Patients may be looking to improve overall health, support nutrition during pregnancy or postpartum, follow a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, or pursue weight loss in a balanced and supportive way. My work is rooted in a non-diet, intuitive eating approach. I believe nutrition should enhance your life rather than control it. Instead of focusing on restriction or rigid rules, I help you build nourishing habits that support your health goals, including weight changes that may occur naturally when the body is well fed and supported. I prioritize plant forward, whole food nutrition and guide clients toward choices that feel realistic, satisfying, and sustainable over the long term.

Approach to care

My approach is supportive, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I meet you where you are and work collaboratively to create nutrition strategies that align with your values, lifestyle, and health goals. While I strongly promote plant-based nutrition, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach and your care plan is always personalized. Working with me means moving away from diet culture and toward a more intuitive, flexible way of eating. We’ll focus on adding nourishing foods, building balanced meals, and developing trust in your body’s signals. I prioritize progress over perfection and emphasize habits that are sustainable long-term, not just short-term fixes.

Your first session with Bryana

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, food preferences, and what you’re hoping to gain from our session. I’ll take time to understand your relationship with food and any challenges you’ve faced, so we can build a plan that truly supports you. By the end of our session, you can expect clear next steps, practical guidance, and goals that feel achievable. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your path forward.
