About Cade

I am a registered dietitian currently living in Jackson, Wisconsin. I attended Mississippi State University, where I received my bachelor's degree in nutrition and health promotion in 2023 and my master's in health promotion in 2025. One of the first things I usually like to tell people about myself is how much I truly love to live an active lifestyle, having done so since I was a teen. For a long time, though, I was very unaware at how much proper nutrition could have an impact on my ability to live that way. When I first began to really adopt sound nutritional advice into my lifestyle, I was truly amazed at all of the benefits I saw immediately. My sleep improved, I had more energy, I had more confidence in myself, and maybe most of all, I found myself far happier in my everyday life. My discovery of nutrition in my life is what led me to this point, and I could not be any more grateful. Through my work, I aim to spread this hopefully infectious mindset to as many people as I can.

Approach to care

There is absolutely no "one size fits all" philosophy in my mindset. Every individual has their own goals, aspirations, barriers, and circumstances. A prospective bodybuilder will have entirely different needs than a mother of three, and different plans will be needed for each, and everything in between. Flexibility and adaptability are huge factors in my approach. A favorite phrase of mine is "The best diet is the one that you can stick to," a saying that signifies the importance of the individual and their needs or desires. It truly is possible to make lifelong changes for the better, and it can even be shocking at how little must be done to start seeing real benefits. My goal as your dietitian is to answer any questions you might have about nutrition, collaborate to identify any concerns you may have, develop an effective plan that works for you, and provide my advice and encouragement every step of the way.

Your first session with Cade

Our first visit will be very laid back. I hope to just talk for a little while, get to know you and your goals, desires, concerns, and possible barriers. In addition to this, we will discuss your current eating habits and lifestyle (work/activity/exercise/hobbies), and we will discuss your overall health/nutrition goals. Following this, we can begin to develop your own personalized plan, look at areas where changes could be made, and begin to schedule follow-up appointments.
