About Caden
Hello! My name is Caden, and I currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana with my husband and my 10-month-old son. I am a registered dietitian with seven years of experience in treating chronic conditions and promoting a general healthy lifestyle. With a background in diabetes education combined with my personal experience as a Type 1 Diabetic, I am passionate about helping others with blood sugar management. I also specialize in transplant nutrition, weight loss, malnutrition, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, and liver disease. When I am not providing nutrition counseling, expect to find me cozying up with a book or being outdoors.
Approach to care
When making nutrition recommendations, I understand that every person has different needs and so I take an individualized, patient-centered, collaborative approach. Most importantly, all foods can fit into a healthy diet! Being able to make realistic, sustainable life changes is what you should expect from your sessions.
Your first session with Caden
In your first session, we will start by building a solid foundation to work upon by getting to know you. We will delve into your health history, current habits, and your goals when it comes to nutrition. With this information, we will come up with a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
