About Caitlin
Hi, I’m Caitlin- a registered dietitian with a passion for helping others find peace with food and confidence in their bodies. I earned both my undergraduate degree and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Delaware, and became a credentialed RD in 2021. My own journey with intuitive eating transformed the way I view health and nutrition. After years of struggling with food rules and body image, discovering intuitive eating helped me rebuild trust with my body- and I knew I wanted to help others do the same! Since then, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, guiding them toward a more sustainable and compassionate relationship with food. Whether you're working through disordered eating, trying to fuel your body without obsession, or navigating nutrition for a specific health concern, I’m here to support you with evidence-based care, realistic tools, and zero judgment.
Approach to care
I take a weight-inclusive, all-foods-fit approach to help you build a sustainable and nourishing relationship with food. Rooted in intuitive eating and gentle nutrition, my work supports you in meeting your needs without guilt, restriction, or rigid rules. Together, we’ll focus on what truly helps you feel good, function better, and live more fully. By the end of our work together, I want you to feel confident in nourishing yourself consistently, empowered to make food choices that support your appetite, health, and lifestyle, and grounded in self-compassion and body respect- even when health challenges arise. I’ll help you understand how nutrients support your energy, mood, and long-term health, and how to tailor food choices in realistic ways based on your underlying conditions, symptoms, lab work, and goals. Whether you're navigating blood sugar, digestion, heart health, fueling for fitness, or just want to feel better day to day- I’m excited to support you.
Your first session with Caitlin
In our first session together, we’ll take time to get to know each other so I can understand the full picture of your life and health. I’ll ask about your daily routine, support system, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, as well as your health history, medications, and any supplements you’re taking. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and where you’d like support. My goal is to create a safe space where we can identify your goals and start building a personalized plan that supports you. I’ll guide the session with open-ended questions to learn more about what’s most important to you. By the end, we’ll have a starting point that you feel confident about moving forward with. Follow up sessions involve us celebrating all the small and big wins, work through any challenge, review any education or topics as needed, and goal setting along the personalized plan we collaborated making in our first session. I'm hear as a guide, to listen, and cheer you on!
