About Caitlin

I have been a registered dietitian since 2020, specializing in inpatient care with a strong passion for critical care and nutrition support. I love the fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment and find fulfillment in supporting patients through some of their most critical moments. I am dedicated to using evidence-based nutrition to improve outcomes and support healing from the inside out.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition care should feel clear, supportive, and realistic. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, using trusted research and clinical experience rather than fad diets. I help patients understand the “why” behind their nutrition plan so they feel informed, confident, and empowered in their care. While medical goals are always the priority, I strive to make the process approachable and even enjoyable—keeping patients motivated, engaged, and supported along the way. I values honesty, transparency, and dedication, both from myself and the patients I work with, and believe the best outcomes come from open communication and teamwork. Through collaboration and realistic guidance, I help patients build habits that support long-term health.

Your first session with Caitlin

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about your medical history, nutrition concerns, lifestyle, food preferences, and any challenges you’ve faced. This is also a chance for you to share why you want to work with a dietitian and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll set reasonable, realistic goals that fit your health needs and daily life—no drastic changes required. By the end of the session, we’ll create a preliminary nutrition plan along with a few simple, achievable action items you can work on over the next week. These small steps are designed to build confidence, create momentum, and support long-term success.
