About Caitlin

Hi there! I’m Caitlin, a Registered Dietitian with experience in both clinical and outpatient settings. My background includes working with individuals managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders, as well as those navigating eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. Outside of work, you can usually find me doing yoga, exploring local coffee shops, or trying out new air-fryer recipes. I believe that nourishing your body should feel supportive, flexible, and empowering — and I’m here to help you find what that looks like for you.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in compassion, education, and a Health at Every Size® philosophy — focusing on sustainable behavior change, body respect, and overall well-being rather than restrictive diets. I aim to help each person build trust with food and their body while developing practical nutrition habits that truly fit their life.

Your first session with Caitlin

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you — your health history, eating patterns, goals, and relationship with food. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s worked (and what hasn’t) for you in the past, and we’ll talk about your current routines, medical background, and any concerns you’d like to focus on. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can speak openly about your experiences. We’ll work together to outline a plan that feels realistic and supportive, whether that means building balanced meals, improving digestion, or healing your relationship with food. You’ll leave our first session with personalized goals and clear next steps — no diets, no guilt, just a collaborative start toward feeling more confident and at peace with your nutrition.
