Iām a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management with 4+ years of experience in weight management and bariatric surgery. I also work with people who have heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, emotional and disordered eating, chronic dieting, and weight gain challenges. I hold a B.S. in Sports Biology and an M.S. in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics, combining exercise science with evidence-based nutrition. My anti-diet approach emphasizes realistic lifestyle changes and sustainable habits. I help clients improve their relationship with food and achieve lasting health without restrictive diets. Your first session with Caitlyn
During your first visit, Iāll conduct a thorough assessment of your eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals. Weāll discuss your medical history, medications, supplements, typical food intake, physical activity, sleep, stress, and any health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or digestive issues. This helps me understand your unique needs and create a personalized nutrition plan. The session is collaborative and educational. Iāll share evidence-based guidance and help you set realistic goals. Instead of a rigid diet, weāll focus on sustainable changes that suit your lifestyle, preferences, and culture.
