Your first session with Caitlyn

In our first session, we will first learn more about each other and your goals. We’ll take a deep dive into your eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals. I’ll review your medical history, medications, supplements, daily routine, and any conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or digestive issues. You’ll receive personalized, evidence-based guidance—not a strict diet. We’ll set realistic goals and focus on sustainable changes that fit your life, preferences, and culture.
