About Caitlyn

Hi, I’m Caitlyn. I’ve spent the last four years helping people translate science into practical, everyday choices as a Registered Dietitian. I earned an MS in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and a BS in Sport Nutrition with a chemistry minor, and I’m credentialed as RD, LDN, and CSOWM. My clinical experience in hospital settings keeps me grounded in evidence while staying focused on what works for you. Outside of work I love reading, hiking, dancing, lifting weights, and hanging out with my family and our pets. I’m glad you’re here!

Approach to care

My care is grounded in science, compassion, and collaboration. I’ll use current research to guide our plan, but I’ll meet you where you are and respect your values. We’ll set clear, actionable steps and check progress together, so change feels doable, not overwhelming. I practice a weight-neutral, non-diet approach that emphasizes sustainable habits over quick fixes. I look at you as a whole person — sleep, stress, activity, relationships matter as much as food. My goal is to educate so you can make informed choices you feel confident about long term.

Your first session with Caitlyn

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, current lab results if available, and short-term goals, in a warm, judgment-free space. Think of it as a conversation, not an exam. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll explore what matters most and what you want to achieve in the coming weeks. By the end, we’ll agree on 1 or 2 realistic goals and practical steps you can start right away, with ongoing support as we move forward together.
