Hi I'm Caitlyn! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management with over 4 years of experience in weight management and bariatric surgery. However, I also have experience in heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, emotional eating, disordered eating patterns, chronic dieting, and patients struggling to gain weight. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports Biology and a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics, blending exercise science with evidence-based nutrition care. My approach is anti-diet, science-driven, and focused on realistic lifestyle change. I support clients in building sustainable habits, improving their relationship with food, and achieving long-term health without restrictive diets. Your first session with Caitlyn
