About Calli
Hello! My name is Calli Schutte and I have been a practicing dietitian since 2018. I have experience with in-patient hospitalization, long term care, and weight loss coaching. My interest in nutrition and diet started when I was learning how to best fuel my long runs. I am married and have two young sons.
Approach to care
I believe more is more when it comes to making healthy choices. I like to help clients incorporate more healthy foods into their diets rather than focus on what foods to eliminate. All food is good food! There is a lot of food and nutrition information circulating on the internet and social media, and I want to provide evidenced based nutrition education.
Your first session with Calli
I want to hear about you and what is going on in your life. This will help me to meet you where you are when it comes to accomplishing your goals. And then, of course I what to know what your goals are and any approaches that might not have been successful in the past so we can make a practical action plan.
