About Callie
Passionate about people learning evidence based information in a sea of misleading gimmicks. I have worked in a hospital in many roles from outpatient weight management to the inpatient intensive care unit. In addition I have worked in the community starting community gardens, giving presentations on wellness nutrition, and discussing eating on a budget.
Approach to care
Partnering with you on your health improvement journey is important. There are two critical aspects in helping people with nutrition. One, helping you learn. Two, helping you with change as a coach. I will not "make" you do anything. Everything is your choice!
Your first session with Callie
We will get to know one another professionally. I hope to establish short term and long term goals so that we may work together. If you choose to continue working with me I will help you with long term change. The aim is to leave our first session with you feeling accomplished, even if you choose not to continue with more sessions.
