About Callie
Hi there! I'm Callie, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Lactation Consultant with nearly a decade of experience in nutrition and fitness. I've worked in hospitals, clinics, gyms, public health, and private practice. My specialties include womenโs health, pediatrics, sports nutrition, diabetes, heart disease, and eating disorders. My biggest passion is womenโs health, helping women achieve hormone balance, positive body image, and health goals without diets or exhaustive exercise programs. I am also an avid runner and have a passion for helping endurance athletes learn how to fuel for performance.
Approach to care
My motto is "Food is Fuel." I help clients look at food as something that fuels the body, rather than focusing on which foods to avoid. I believe in focusing on food quality over quantity, and helping clients understand how food impacts our body. The same goes for exercise, I encourage clients to find movement that fits their lifestyle and is something they truly enjoy. If you don't like it, you won't stick with it! I take a positive approach to care, encouraging my clients on their small achievements - no matter how small they are, it's step a forward!

In our first session together, we will be talking a lot about you. Not just what your goals are, but who you are as a person. Your values and goals will help us create a plan together that fits your lifestyle and routine. The goal of the first session is to establish where you are, where you want to be, and how we are going to get you there.
