About Cameron
Hi Iâm Cameron! I take a holistic, whole-body approach to nutritionâstarting with you as a human first, not a diagnosis or set of rules. I believe lasting change happens when we understand the full picture, not just food in isolation. I have years of experience working in eating disorder treatment, where I supported clients across levels of care and developed a foundation in individualized, compassionate nutrition support. Over the past few years, my work has expanded into integrative and functional nutrition, informed by my own health experiences and a deeper understanding of how interconnected the body truly is. Today, I blend my background in ED care with a functional, whole-body lensâlooking at food, movement, stress, sleep, and daily life as one integrated system. My goal is to help you understand your body and support your health in a sustainable, grounded, and realistic way.
Approach to care
I work from a functional and integrative framework, focusing on root causes, patterns, and context rather than quick fixes. Our work together is collaborative and personalized. I donât use rigid plans or one-size-fits-all rules. Instead, we build consistency, awareness, and trust over time. I also place a strong emphasis on your relationship with food, especially for those healing from disordered eating or long-term dieting. Accountability is woven into our work in a compassionate, realistic way, so progress feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Your first session with Cameron
Our first session is focused on getting to know you as a whole personânot just your nutrition concerns. Weâll talk through your health history, current challenges, daily rhythms, and what feels most important to you right now. I want to understand how food, movement, stress, sleep, and life factors intersect for you so we can create a plan thatâs truly individualized. You can expect a thoughtful, collaborative conversation where your experiences guide the process. Together, weâll begin connecting the dots between your symptoms, patterns, and goals, and identify a few clear, actionable steps that feel realistic and supportive. Whether youâre working toward improved overall health or rebuilding trust and freedom around food, youâll leave the session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
