About Cameron
Hi, I’m Cameron, a dietitian who believes food can be a powerful tool for healing—and that feeling better shouldn't feel overwhelming. I specialize in gut health and eating disorders, two areas I’m deeply passionate about. If you’re dealing with chronic GI symptoms or navigating recovery from disordered eating, I’m here to help. I’m trained in MRT food sensitivity testing and certified as a CLT, using a root-cause, functional approach for gut issues. For eating disorders, I offer a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach rooted in intuitive eating and Health at Every Size®. My mission is to help you feel better in your body and more confident in your choices—because when you feel well, everything else becomes more possible.
Approach to care
Working with me is a team effort. My counseling style is collaborative, encouraging, and down-to-earth. I take a holistic view of health and well-being, so together we’ll look at more than just what’s on your plate—we’ll explore how your nutrition, movement, sleep, emotions, and stress are all connected. I believe in translating the science into simple, realistic strategies that fit into your actual life. I meet you where you are and help you build sustainable habits that support long-term change, not quick fixes. Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder or managing chronic gut issues, my care is personalized, compassionate, and guided by your unique goals.
Your first session with Cameron
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your current concerns, medical history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and any past experiences with food, body image, or treatment. You’ll have plenty of space to share your story, ask questions, and set intentions. By the end of the session, we’ll co-create a plan that feels doable and aligned with your goals—whether that’s symptom relief, more ease around food, or just feeling more like yourself again. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
