About Cameron

One of my favorite quotes is by the author Aundi Kolber, as she states "The process of blooming is as valuable as the flower it produces". Although healing and recovery are beautiful flowers that should be celebrated and honored, it is in the process of blooming that I desire to accompany clients along. Recovery is a journey, a valuable one that often leads people to learn about the wisdom of their bodies and their internal strength. My clinical specialities include eating disorders/disordered eating, women's health, sports nutrition, and diabetes care. I have worked in a variety of settings with adolescents and adults including clinical nutrition, a women's health specialty clinic, and the private practice setting. Through these experiences, I have discovered the joy of helping clients nurture a positive relationship with food and body to restore health holistically and to promote recovery. I would be honored to support you along the process of blooming.

Approach to care

I am passionate about guiding individuals to heal their relationship with food and live a well-nourished life. As a non-diet dietitian, I strive to listen, support, and encourage clients along the journey of intuitive eating and body acceptance. Often, our relationship with food and body is deeply-rooted in our early childhood experiences. By exploring the origin of our food stories, we can begin to form our own "food and body" philosophy that encompasses our own unique, individual values.

Your first session with Cameron

Our first appointment is a welcoming, collaborative conversation. We'll review your medical history and explore your history with food, movement, and body image. Together, we'll create realistic, flexible nutrition and exercise goals. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. I will listen, ask questions, and tailor the plan to your life, priorities, and comfort level.
