Your first session with Cameron

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know you—your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. I’ll ask about your current eating habits, routines, and any health concerns you may have. Together, we’ll discuss your specific needs, whether you're looking to improve overall health, manage a condition, or just feel better in your day-to-day life. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels achievable and sustainable, focusing on realistic changes you can incorporate into your routine. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, empowering, and enjoyable, helping you take small steps toward lasting change.

Education

Has a Masters in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill as well as a BS in Exercise Science from Catawba College.

Hobbies

Outside of work, Cameron loves staying active and spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, lifting, or exploring new places. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, especially ones that bring friends and family together around the table. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find her reading, trying out a local coffee shop, or cheering on her favorite sports teams. These hobbies keep her grounded and continually inspired by the balance between nourishment, movement, and connection.
