About Camila
Hi, I’m Camila! I’m a Registered Dietitian trained in functional medicine, and I help people understand how food impacts their energy, mood, metabolic health, and overall well-being. I take a mindful eating approach, focusing on realistic, sustainable changes that fit your life without restrictive diets or calorie counting. I also have a master’s degree in forensic psychology, where my research skills allowed me to explore how nutrient deficiencies or excesses can influence behavior. My goal is to help patients feel confident and at peace with their food choices while fully enjoying life’s meaningful experiences, whether those moments involve food or simply living well.
Approach to care
I work with patients who want personalized, practical guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Each session is client-centered and tailored to your needs, addressing challenges while celebrating wins. I focus on helping you understand the impact of your choices, uncover root causes, and use mindful eating, meal timing, and flexible meal planning to support your metabolic health and long-term goals. Above all, I want you to feel empowered to enjoy life’s beautiful experiences while making choices that align with your well-being.
Your first session with Camila
During your first session, we’ll explore your “why” — what motivates you and what matters most to you in life. We’ll discuss your goals, current habits, and challenges, and identify small, practical steps to help you move toward those goals. You’ll leave with actionable strategies and guidance to make informed decisions that support both your health and your enjoyment of life. My role is to support you every step of the way, helping you feel confident, empowered, and at peace with food and your health journey.
