About Camille
Hi! Iām Camille. I received a M.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University. I left a career in Finance to pursue my true passion of helping people feel their best through the power of food and lifestyle. Iāve worked with a wide variety of clients, including those with goals targeted towards managing weight, optimizing nutrition and lifestyle while on a weight loss medication, preventing chronic diseases, reducing cholesterol or a1c, adopting a plant-forward eating pattern, or building a healthier relationship with food. I live in New York City, born in Belgium, and raised in Northern Virginia. And yes, I love Belgian chocolate and donāt go a day without it!

My approach is rooted in connection, curiosity, and compassion. I take the time to understand who you areāyour preferences, past experiences, current habits, and goalsāso I can meet you where you are and create a plan that truly fits you. Rather than focusing on restriction or elimination, I emphasize what we can add to your diet to support your health. I look forward to working together to build sustainable, long-term habits that truly work for you.
Your first session with Camille
In our first session, we'll spend time reviewing your health goals, your medical history, your food preferences, and your overall lifestyle. This is important to craft an individualized plan! We'll then create some goals, starting from those that matter most to you and would be most realistic and implementable in your life. We'll then adapt and change these over time. This is your journey, I will provide nutrition education, recipes and handouts along the way but I always want it to come back to you and your health goals.
