About Camille

Camille McLaughlin, RDN, LD started her nutrition journey after years of struggling with health challenges which culminated in finding solutions through nutrition. She understands lifestyle changes evolve over a lifetime because "life happens" and we may need to pivot because of new challenges. She has a specific interest in a personalized approach to nutrition, health, and healing. Her philosophy centers around a holistic “Food as Medicine” approach to wellness utilizing whole-food therapies, targeted supplements, and mind-body modalities. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the New Hampshire Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Renal Dietitians Practice Group.

Approach to care

Camille's core philosophy centers around a holistic, personalized approach to health and healing including whole foods, tailored supplements, and mind-body modalities. She seeks out and addresses the underlying causes of symptoms through evidence-based approaches including genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors in addition to nutrition, sleep, stress, and relationship to food. The focus is on patient-centered care promoting health as a positive vitality; beyond just the absence of disease. By listening to the patient and learning their story, Camille brings the patient into the discovery process and tailors treatments that address the individual’s unique needs.

Your first session with Camille

Camille will conduct a Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment to gather a full understanding of your lifestyle habits and medical/nutrition history, assess how you are feeling and your nutrition needs, and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your health goals. Camille will also set expectations for your program, set short and long-term goals based on her assessment, schedule follow-up sessions for the entirety of the 12-session program, and provide initial actionable recommendations and resources.
