About Camryn

Camryn is a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition with an emphasis on endurance sports, female athletes, and energy availability/REDs. As a lifelong athlete herself, she know what it’s like to be wholeheartedly dedicated to your sport. She’s passionate about optimizing nutrition for performance AND longevity in sport.

Approach to care

Camryn works from an evidence-based, weight-neutral stance. Her goals involve providing education, guidance and support for you to be able to implement sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your relationship with food and ditch the chronic dieting. She operates from a HAES-inclusive, non-diet, intuitive eating framework.

Camryn will dive deep into what makes you, you! She wants to get to know you and understand what brings you to the session. From there, the next step is to identify short-term and long-term goals, what potential barriers stand in the way, and how to overcome them. Then the build begins from there!
