About Camryn
Iβm a registered dietitian and endurance athlete who works with female athletes navigating sports nutrition, eating disorder recovery, and gut health concerns. I understand and empathize with the the unique challenges of fueling an active body in a culture that often promotes restriction. My approach prioritizes adequate nourishment, trust with food & body, and staying in sport long term.
Approach to care
I work from a weight-inclusive, intuitive eating, non-diet framework informed by Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, prioritizing evidence-based, research-focused recommendations. Sessions focus on addressing functional, behavioral, & physiological markers rather than weight-based outcomes. My goal is to provide you with the tools & education to sustain long-term behavior change and health outcomes.
Your first session with Camryn
In your first session, we will take time to get to know you -- usual fueling habits, training, life stressors, gut symptoms, & experiences with disordered eating that feel relevant. We will dive deep into how these patterns are supporting (or limiting) your energy, performance, & overall wellbeing. We will work together to identify a few realistic starting points (as well as long-term goals) to help you feel more supported & confident in your nutrition or fueling habits for the long-term.
