I’m a deeply caring, open-minded, and inclusive nutrition professional with a personal connection to my work. Living with type 1 diabetes has not only shaped my understanding of nutrition but also strengthened my empathy for the emotional and everyday challenges that come with managing health. It’s what first inspired my passion for nutrition and continues to drive my commitment to helping others approach their own journeys with compassion and confidence. I value curiosity and lifelong learning, continuously expanding my knowledge to better support the people I serve. At my core, I strive to create a space where individuals feel seen, understood, and supported. For other nutrition concerns, we’ll start by strengthening foundations like sleep, hydration, and balanced eating before exploring specific areas such as heart health, gut health, or diabetes management. Each session is collaborative, supportive, and designed to help you build confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with food and your body.
Your first session with Cam’ryn
In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space for us to get to know each other. I’ll share a bit about my background and approach, but the focus will be on you—your lifestyle, relationship with food, daily routines, and what truly matters most to you. We’ll talk about your eating habits, food preferences, allergies or intolerances, and any cultural, personal, or spiritual factors that influence the way you eat. I also want to understand any challenges you’ve been facing around food or nutrition so we can address them together. From there, we’ll set clear expectations, outline what our weekly sessions will look like, begin some foundational nutrition education, and take the first steps toward setting realistic and meaningful goals that feel right for you.

In my free time, I love creating memories with my loved ones and caring for my two cats. I also enjoy immersing myself in art, music, good food, and beautiful natural scenery.
