About Candice
Hi, I'm Candice. I'm a Kent, Ohio based dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition Science and a decade of experience in clinical settings and private practice. I bring credentials including RD, LD, CPT, and MS, and I strive to be warm, practical, and human in every visit. When I'm not working, you’ll find me doing strength training, tackling DIY projects, or spending time outdoors with my family. I want you to feel seen, supported, and hopeful as we work toward a healthier relationship with food that fits your life.

Your first session with Candice
Our first session is all about you. We'll review your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics, and we’ll dive into your relationship with food—what it looks like now and what you want it to feel like. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; I’ll meet you with curiosity and support. We’ll talk about your goals, preferences, and any barriers you face, and together we’ll map out one or two practical steps to start. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a shared sense that we’re in this together.
