About Candice
I have been working as a dietitian for five years in weight management. I am married to a hard-working husband, and we have two young children. I relate well to the challenges that arise while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle amongst a busy schedule and household needs. I am passionate about helping patients take control of their health and support them throughout their wellness journey. My favorite part about being a dietitian is building relationships with my patients and watching them get excited about reaching their goals.
Approach to care
I believe in patient-centered care. I am here to support and guide you during your wellness journey through personalized plans and goals. I strive to educate my patients so they can make informative decisions about how to proceed with their healthcare needs. I focus on short-term goals and gradually making the lifestyle changes that will lead to long term changes.
Your first session with Candice
We will spend our time getting to know each other better. We will talk about your health goals, how you're feeling, day-to-day activities, current eating habits, nutrition experience, and medical history. My goal during this session is to make you feel relaxed, comfortable, and create a safe space to discuss all your nutritional needs. We will outline a plan and continue to build on it at each session.
