Your first session with Carah (Lexi)
In our first session we will begin by discussing your overall health and nutrition goals so I can understand what matters most to you. I will ask about any limiting factors you may be facing, such as time constraints, stress, health conditions, or lifestyle habits, so we can address them together. We will complete a diet recall, where you share what a typical day of eating and drinking looks like for you. This helps me identify patterns, strengths, and areas where small changes could make a meaningful difference. Before we finish, we will outline a few initial steps that are realistic and achievable for you to start moving toward your goals right away. You will leave the session with a clear plan, practical strategies, and the confidence in your ability to move toward your health and nutrition goals.
