Your first session with Caren
It is important for Caren to incorporate a nutrition assessment; this entails collecting all relevant data, medical as well as a nutrition history which may include labs, habits along with your individual goals. She wants to really get to know you. Caren is easy going, a good listener and will meet you where you are for you to share anything that you feel might be important for her to know and to address questions, challenges or any obstacles that you may have. Some topics that will be addressed are rapport with food, the relationship with your body, lifestyle, and supplements being taken. Some nutrition education may be incorporated.
