About Carly
Hi, I’m Carly, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping people build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. My passion for nutrition started not only through my education and clinical experience, but also through my own personal journey. I understand that eating well can feel complicated at times — I’ve had my own struggles with food, which has taught me the importance of approaching nutrition with compassion and flexibility rather than judgment. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to make choices that feel good — physically, mentally, and emotionally — while breaking free from the stress and pressure that often surrounds food. I’m here to walk alongside you, celebrate your wins, and help you navigate challenges with empathy and understanding.
Approach to care
In my work, I focus on meeting each client where they are. I believe there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ plan, and my role is to provide guidance, education, and support that fits your lifestyle and values. Whether you’re looking to manage a health condition, support your energy, or simply feel more comfortable and confident in your eating habits, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what works best for you.
Your first session with Carly
In your first session, my main goal is to get to know you. We’ll spend time talking about your health history, eating habits, and what you’d like to work on together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing, but there’s no pressure — it’s really a conversation. The first session is also about starting to build a relationship, so you feel comfortable and supported as we move forward. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for a plan that fits your life and helps you feel your best.
Education
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Immaculata University, which gave me both the scientific foundation and the clinical training to support clients with a wide variety of nutrition needs.
Hobbies
Outside of being a dietitian, I run my own açaà bowl business, which lets me get creative with food and flavors. I also enjoy spending my free time reading and cooking. I’m truly looking forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey!
