About Carly
As a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experienceâand a mom of threeâI bring both clinical expertise and real-life perspective to the work I do. My mission is simple: to help individuals and families use food as a powerful tool for preventing chronic disease, supporting growth, and living with energy and purpose. Certified in Adolescent and Adult Weight Management and the Monash low FODMAP Diet, I focus on evidence-based care without fad diets.
Approach to care
I partner with clients in a down-to-earth, supportive, and empowering wayâcombining evidence-based guidance with real-life practicality. I specialize in family nutrition, chronic disease care, obesity, digestive health and unique needs like IDD. My approach is realistic, compassionate, and tailored to each personâs life stage and goals. As a mom and RD, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to every session. Letâs make nutrition work for your life!
Your first session with Carly
Our sessions will go beyond basic food advice or generic meal plans. Together, we'll explore your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals to create sustainable nutrition strategies that empower youânot overwhelm you. Youâll leave each session with clear, practical guidance tailored to your unique needs, as well as support, education, and a renewed sense of confidence around food. I take a compassionate, realistic, and progress-over-perfection approach to help you make meaningful changes that last. Whether you're managing a medical condition, navigating picky eating with kids, or simply wanting to feel better in your bodyâI meet you where you are.
