About Carly

I’m a Registered Dietitian in California with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Integrative Wellness and advanced clinical training. I have worked with diverse patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I enjoy translating complex science into simple, realistic strategies clients can use every day. Outside of work, you’ll often find me at local farmers’ markets, cooking with seasonal ingredients, and staying active outdoors.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be personalized, practical, and enjoyable — and that true wellness comes from supporting the whole person, not just treating symptoms. My approach blends evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with integrative and functional medicine principles, addressing the root causes of health concerns and considering how factors like stress, sleep, movement, environment, and mindset affect overall well-being. I work to uncover the “why” behind nutrition challenges, then guide clients in creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit their lifestyle. Whether focusing on sports performance, digestive health, or chronic disease management, I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel empowered and equipped to thrive long-term.

Your first session with Carly

In your first session, we’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle, and goals to understand your unique needs.
