Hi, I'm Carol, a vegan Registered Dietitian passionate about helping women feel their absolute best—energized, confident, and in control of their health. My philosophy is simple: nutrition should feel balanced, sustainable, and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. I believe in breaking free from diet culture so you can create habits that support your long-term wellness and help you thrive in every area of life. My own struggles with weight and confusion around “what actually works” led me to develop The Vegan Girl Method. This simple, sustainable approach emphasizes protein, fiber, and plant-based nutrition. This framework is designed to deliver real results without giving up the foods you love, obsessing over calories, or falling into the cycle of quick fixes and fad diets.

I approach every client with the belief that wellness is about progress, not perfection. Together, we’ll create realistic, personalized strategies that honor your lifestyle, preferences, and goals while removing the overwhelm that often comes with trying to “do everything right.” My passion for plant-based nutrition stems from understanding just how deeply lifestyle impacts health outcomes. When I learned that 95% of Americans don’t get enough fiber, I became determined to focus on prevention and wellness through a plant-based approach. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve helped clients improve energy, manage blood sugar, reduce digestive issues, balance hormones, and navigate life changes like perimenopause and menopause.
