I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach, Certified Midlife Specialist, Certified LEAP Therapist with over 28 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. I’m here to simplify nutrition and cut through the confusion of trendy diets. Having personally navigated these challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can be. In an empathetic, non-judgmental space, I’ll help you overcome roadblocks and build a healthy relationship with food. Your first session with Carol
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take the time to explore your health history, current habits, goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing with food or nutrition. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out — this is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can speak openly and honestly. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your needs and priorities, and together we’ll start to create a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your life. This is a collaborative process, and your comfort and clarity are always my top priorities. By the end of our session, you'll leave with a sense of direction, a few actionable steps, and the reassurance that you don’t have to do this alone — you have support every step of the way.
