About Carolina
Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping women navigate the complexities of hormonal health. My passion for nutrition is deeply personal; living with PCOS and insulin resistance myself, I realized that nutrient-dense food is one of the most powerful tools we have for true healing. I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the science of nutrition to help you move past "hormonal burnout" and start feeling like yourself again.
Approach to care
I believe in nutritional empowerment over restriction. My approach is rooted in the idea that food should be both functional and joyful. We focus on how strategic, science-backed food choices can stabilize blood sugar and balance hormones without the stress of "diet culture". I view our relationship as a partnership where your goals and lifestyle guide the way.
Your first session with Carolina
Our first meeting is all about listening and discovery. We’ll dive deep into your health goals, your current struggles, and your relationship with food. You won't leave with a rigid, overwhelming plan. Instead, we’ll identify two or three manageable, high-impact changes that you feel confident starting right away in a judgment-free environment.
