About Caroline
Hi, I'm Caroline. I'm a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience, and I earned a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Purdue University as well as a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Eastern Illinois University. Most of my practice has been in clinical and hospital settings, where I learned how practical nutrition advice fits into real life. I'm credentialed as an LDN and RDN, and I love sharing evidence-based ideas in a warm, approachable way. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, cooking, socializing, and crocheting. I'm grateful you're here to explore nutrition in a way that feels doable and kind.
Approach to care
Together, we'll approach care with a practical, evidence-based mindset that respects your whole person. I partner with you to translate current science into doable steps, staying warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive. My aim is to empower you with clear, action-oriented strategies while honoring your pace and your story. I practice with a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size lens and focus on sustainable habits that support long-term health. Education is at the heart of my work, so you'll leave with knowledge you can use.
Your first session with Caroline
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, goals, and routines. We'll establish short-term goals together and map out how we can start moving toward them in a manageable way. There's no need to have everything figured out before we meet; this conversation is a safe, judgment-free space. I want you to feel heard, supported, and confident in the plan we create for your next steps.
