About Caroline
Hi! I'm Caroline. I am a Clinical Dietitian at Nourish with over six years of experience in both adult and pediatric nutrition care. I currently work in a pediatric hospital, specializing in critical care (PICU) and gastrointestinal (Gl) disorders. I am a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) and Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNS), bringing expertise in medical nutrition therapy for complex and critically ill patients.
Approach to care
My approach is individualized, collaborative, compassionate - focused on realistic, sustainable strategies that fit your unique needs, lifestyle, and medical circumstances. I will strive to help you feel confident in navigating your nutritional challenges while establishing trust and long-term success in the process.
Your first session with Caroline
In your first session, you can expect a thorough and judgment-free conversation focused on understanding your medical history, nutrition goals, lifestyle, and daily routines. I will take time to listen and learn about your unique experiences to ensure recommendations are personalized and practical. Together, we'll develop an initial care plan with clear next steps, setting the foundation for ongoing support and progress toward your goals.
