About Caroline
Hi! I'm Caroline, a registered dietitian and NASM certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping individuals build healthier and happier lifestyles! I received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University. Following my dietetic internship, I went on to work as a clinical dietitian at a Level 1 trauma hospital for about 3 years. This experience allowed me to gain knowledge and skills regarding a large variety of health conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, obesity, and many more. With a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a compassionate, individualized approach, we will work together to create realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes that fit your daily life. Whether you are managing a medical condition, striving for optimal performance, or longing to become the best version of yourself, I am here to meet you where you are at and to guide you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you!
Approach to care
I ground my recommendations in current research and practical protocols, while keeping our conversations warm and judgment-free. We'll focus on clear, actionable steps and realistic accountability, to further prioritize sustainable habits over quick fixes. I work through a weight-neutral lens, honoring health at every size and addressing the whole person, including sleep, movement, stress, and daily routines. Education is central to my work, so I will explain the "why" behind recommendations and empower you to make informed choices that fit your life and values.
Your first session with Caroline
I'll make our first visit a friendly, low-pressure conversation so you feel comfortable from the start. We'll review your medical history, look at lab work or biometrics if available, and walk through your diet and nutrition history while I learn what matters most to you. Together we'll establish short-term, achievable goals and identify practical next steps, so you leave our session with clarity and confidence. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand, just bring your questions and we'll tackle this one small change at a time.
