About Caroline
Hi! I'm Caroline. As a dietitian with over 6 years of clinical experience and expertise in managing both enteral & parenteral nutrition, I've seen firsthand how nutrition can impact someone's wellbeing, both physically and mentally. There can be so many different challenges that may present themselves when making a lifestyle change. I consistently strive to make sure each individual I work with feels understood and empowered to make sustainable, realistic changes.
Approach to care
I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach. I believe there are no "bad" foods, but rather that all foods can happily fit into a healthy diet when done so mindfully. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, or just looking to feel more confident in your food choices, I'm here to support you!
Your first session with Caroline
In our first session, I'll spend time getting to know you. We'll discuss any pertinent medical history, your lifestyle, your typical daily intake, dietary preferences, and any potential barriers to success. We'll work together to set personalized goals based on your individual needs, values, and circumstances.
