About Caroline
Hi, I’m Caroline! My path to becoming a dietitian was shaped by a lifelong love of food, years of competitive athletics, and my own experience learning that balance matters more than perfection. I earned my Master of Public Health in Public Health Nutrition from Temple University, where I developed a strong appreciation for nutrition education and the many social, environmental, and cultural factors that influence how we eat. In my work, I’ve supported clients in outpatient counseling, helping individuals improve their health outcomes and manage chronic conditions through practical, individualized nutrition care. I’m passionate about making nutrition feel accessible, realistic, and supportive of your whole life.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends the latest science with genuine warmth. I believe health is practical and personal, and we’ll work as a team to translate research into everyday choices. I take a flexible, evidence-based approach to health, emphasizing habits over numbers. We’ll explore how food fits your life, values, and body in a holistic way that also considers sleep, stress, and mood. You’ll receive clear, actionable guidance, and I’ll meet you with curiosity, patience, and respect so you feel empowered.
Your first session with Caroline
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then dive into your relationship with food and your short-term & long-term goals. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation, and you don’t need to have everything figured out yet. We’ll outline a couple of realistic next steps and how we’ll track progress together, so you leave with clarity and motivation for the path ahead. You don't need to have it all figured out — just show up as you are.
