About Caroline
Hi there! I'm a registered dietitian passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals by providing evidence-based guidance. I work collaboratively to create realistic, sustainable plans that honor your goals, preferences, and daily life. My experience includes supporting individuals with diabetes/prediabetes, heart health concerns, digestive issues, weight management, and general wellness goals. I strive to provide a supportive, encouraging environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to care, rooted in the belief that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. Every person has a unique health history, lifestyle, culture, and relationship with food, and your plan should reflect that. I combine evidence-based nutrition guidance with individualized counseling to help you find strategies that truly fit YOUR needs, schedule, and priorities. Together, weâll build flexible habits that feel sustainable rather than restrictive, so you can make meaningful progress and maintain it long-term.
Your first session with Caroline
In our first session, you can expect a supportive, conversation-based visit where we can get to know each other. I'll gather some information to better understand your health history, current habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges youâre experiencing around food (as always, feel free to share at your own pace!). Weâll talk through whatâs working well, what feels difficult, and what youâd like to focus on moving forward. Rather than jumping into a rigid plan, Iâll help you identify a few realistic, personalized steps that feel manageable for your life right now. By the end of the session, youâll leave with a clearer understanding of your goals, an actionable plan to achieve them, and the reassurance that you have a partner to guide and support you throughout your nutrition journey. Whatever that may look like, I'm here for you every step of the way!
