About Caroline

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Public Health, and I bring experience across clinical care, community nutrition, research, and sports nutrition. This diverse background allows me to see the bigger picture of health and wellness while also paying attention to the small, everyday details that make a difference. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people feel their best and in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and compassionate.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition care should be collaborative and empowering. My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can share openly and feel heard. I focus on meeting you where you are and tailoring recommendations to your unique health needs, cultural background, lifestyle, and goals. Instead of rigid rules, I emphasize practical strategies that build confidence and support long-term success.

Your first session with Caroline

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, goals, routines, and any challenges you’ve been experiencing with food or nutrition. I'm hear to listen and help. By the end, we’ll identify what matters most to you right now and create a plan with clear, achievable next steps. You’ll leave knowing you have a dietitian who is here to support you on your journey towards better health.
